Well instructed Muay Thai and BJJ for amateurs or those who just wanna give it a try. Dave is a dedicated trainer himself and it helps attract those that are serious with the sport. I especially like the sparing at the end since it puts techniques into use in real situations and gives you the extra push that is hard to find anywhere else in Sherbrooke. Overall it's an excellent place for MMA lovers.
